I had a unique situation with a very sick daughter requiring me to stay in Seattle for more than 3years when I as actually supposed to move to Hawaii. The apartment is clean and looks relatively new and most importantly, is dog friendly since I have two wonderful dogs. Most all people in the building are really friendly and the location to the water is superb for long walks and runs, especially all the parks for the gods. More importantly, Emma has been not just a wonderful manager to me she has been a magnificent human being understanding my situation and working diligently with me to change my lease and whatnot accordingly to the condition of my daughter as well as to the advice of her UW surgical team. She really bends over backwards to not just ensure our apartment is kept up, but to really see how my family is doing in this situation. If I had met Emma on a street, I would want to instantly be her friend. She seems a bit overhearing but once she speaks and you get to know her she is such a kind person with a wonderful work ethic and a fantastic management style ensuring all needs are attended to in a prompt and efficient manner. This of course goes for the wonderful and delightful Roman who knows my apartment all to well by now since he has to regularly clean the fans for my daughter's immune system. It is a tad noising at night because of the bars below but I am leary that one would find such efficient and thoughtful management and and such upkept apartments anywhere else considering the location. WIthout Emma's support and consideration and business ethic, I am not sure where I would be know. She has allowed me to help my daughter heal in a safe environment. I cannot thank her enough and wish I could take her with me when I leave hear someday.
