This apartment complex is adjacent to Cedar Heights and is managed by the same company and office. Be extremely careful when entering a lease agreement with this complex. They have had management changes that have resulted in complete policy changes and major rent increases. They do not honor anything that was agreed upon with the past management. There are several quality apartment complexes in the area that treat their tenants with respect - this is not one of them.

I agree. We are long-term renters at this complex, weathering frequent policy changes. The current management does not honor verbal agreements. Be particularly careful when signing a lease that it spells out the rent for parking spaces (both garage and/or other assigned parking space) and the one-time reduced rent for lease signing.
