I lived here for a year, and would have stayed if it wasn't for my roommate at the time. Rent was cheap, never had any maintainence problems, was right across from the pool and the noise was never too bad, the management was always friendly and flexible if late with rent, didn't get charged anything or have hidden fees when I moved out, overall great place. Considering moving back when the lease at my new place is up. (Archstone Canyon Creek is the worst place ever, just don't ever consider them!)
