This is a transient apartment community. Nobody stays here for more than about 6 months.

The property management office has had frequent changeovers and the staff is VERY unfriendly and unhelpful.

Expect to have your rent raised substantially every time you sign a new lease as well.

Laundry facilities are a nightmare. There are tenants who use all the washers and dryers at the same time.

The apartments are dumpy too and will have lots of fun with the noisey neighbors. Don't think that anyone will help you do anything about it either.

I've had it! I'm getting out!
