I hate it here, it is the worst apt. I have ever layed eyes on. when here you will experience, poor very poor maitenance, the staff is' the good word is WHITE TRASH!! they are rude, and very disrespectful. they lie, cheat and everything under the sun that comes along with white trash!!!!
I am warning all, do not make this your home, we moved in and two weeks later moved out. they promise something and then when you move in it is the opposite of what they say. we moved in to a three bedroom and it was moldy, dirty, dried food everywhere, pen marks, the cupboards were the worst, I didnt even unpack I wouldnt dare put my silver ware or plates or anything in that kitchen, the bathrooms still had hair, mold, grime in it, again didnt unpack there either, I wouldnt want my toothbrush in that. There is loud mouth kids, loud mouth adults, loud music-of all kinds, the so called pond-it is just a dumping ground where people throw there garbage, beer bottles all over, cigarette butts every where, old, very old cars, loud all the way around, you can hear every noise that you really do know what your neighbors day was like, and where shes or hes from, that is how thin the walls are....HORRIBLE people!!!! seriously, it is white trash, low income, horrible, listen to me, horrible..... I spent my whole first weekend just cleaning one bathroom to at least use that until I could finally get a hold of the manager 48 hours later, to then hear that they will re-sent in a maintenance or maid to do the job again, that should of been done in the first place,,,ok so do you think they will do a better job, they didnt even offer an appology to my husband or I , just acted like I was "already" complaining and was a nusance to them, they even called me a liar, and picky. I took pictures I wish I could display them to you, just to show you dont move in please,look past these, there are some beautiful apts out there for the same price and even in better neighborhoods, we found one for the same price and love it, we only lived in woodbridge for two weeks, two white trash horrible weeks. The staff told us that the apt was newly remodeled and said it is gorgeous, I guess since they are white trash and is use to it, that was georgeous to them.
so stay away listen to all the other reviews take them serious, they are telling the truth there is no lie hear, if you dont listen to me, then you will soon find out, if you move here. I have nothing good to say abouT the apts or the staff....they are HORRIBLE, WHITE TRASH, LOW INCOME, NO GOOD, NO MORALS, DIRTY, GREASY, DRUG DEALING,LOUD MUSIC, GANGSTERS, HOODLUMS, BEER DRINKING, IDIOTS. How do people get there managment license any way' or a maitenance person, what level of education' uh-duh!!!!
