I have lived here for six months and I can not wait until my lease is up. This place is discusting. The office people are usually nice to me but the maintance guy has issues and has yelled at me several times for things that I didnt even do. One time he went off on me for parking in a reserved spot and when he finanly stopped yelling at me I had a chance to tell him is wasn't even my car!
My apartment was also gross and moldy, I had to scrub the bathroom and windowsills everyday to keep mold from building up! The windows are so low quality and old the condensation building up and there will be puddles on my windowsill when is rains that drippdown and soak into the carpet.
Another gross thing was my garbage disposal was broken or something so after awhile it stunk like rotten food so I told them about it and the maintanence guy said it was fine and nothing was wrong with it! Also both my sinks leak into the cuppord below and I have had him come out 6 times since I have lived here to fix them and they are fine for about 1 week and then leak again.
The laundry facilities are gross I ended up just going to the laundry mat instead.
Also the people are weirdos that live here. The guy that lives in the apartment across from me hangs out on his front stairwell half naked drinking beer and just watches everybody. He is really creepy. Him and all his freinds are skinheads or something and they are loud and rude and always acting billigerant.
I overall just hate it. I moved in becuase I thought it was the cheapest place around(which it kind of is) but I would rather pay more money in rent then live here.
