First of all, the management was nosy and would watch you like a hawk so they could find something wrong you did and threaten you with a vacate notice. The manager and her daughter are not friendly. Her daughter yelled and screamed like a child at a resident for proping the nasty musty laundry room door open so she could carry in a big load that required 2 hands. The kids are unruly and the parents don't care. I signed an agreement on a lease and it allowed me 2 cars for my apartment but then I was told after signing that I could only have one car or they would tow it and that I couldn't park my car in the same spot for more than 10 days or they would consider it not working and tow it. Maintenance men were jerks, they stole $100 out of my apartment when they came to fix the window but managment would not do anything because they said I coulnd't prove it. There was mold growing EVERYWHERE, in the closets, in the bathroom, in the livingroom, in the kitchen, in the bedroom,and around the windows. The windows sweat and soak the sills with water lifting up all of the paint. I was given a vacate or comply notice for feeding some stray cat on my patio. The laundry rooms are gross. There was a peeping tom living there when I was there and managment did nothing to stop him from peering in windows because he was not hurting anyone. I didn't even stay a full year. Plus their deposit was outrageous!!! it was $500 ! ! !
