Two words........... White Trash!!!!!!!!
I hated it there, and would never, I mean NEVER recommend such filth to anyone. The managemnet staff, oh my, where do you start by saying what horrible, uneducated people they are. "The fix it guys" yah, whatever, they need to be educated on how to "fix" they are the most gross and down rite disgusting people Ive ever layed my eyes on.
AND... I read where there were two, only two reviews that were good, recent ones, im sure it was the management themselves that wrote that, just because of what it says, they had to do something as, they half to know, they half to know that they are white trash, my god, what and where did this company find such staff, they said that EVERYONE that wrote a bad review was maybe kicked out, im sure they paid to get out. seriously, maybe one day the owners will read all these reviews and come to realize that they need new staff, to bring this community out of the getto, if possible.
I cant even begin to tell you guys, like I said where do you start, STAY AWAY, TAKE ALL THE REVIEWS SERIOUS,except the one most recent the staff themselves wrote.
go look, look at there "scenic" view on the back, only if you like to look at a swamp with trash in it, garbage bins, horrible, landscape horrible, there is glass, condoms, needles, bags, spread out throughout the grounds. I seriously think the maintenance guy is a sex offender, he is CREEPY- call police if somehting unusual comes up- really!! just wait youll see. then you will wish you took this review serious, if there is a positive email after mine, youknow it is the staff trying to save there ass, I have nothing NOTHING to say good about this place!

STAY AWAY, especially if you got kids, dont do that to them.......spread the word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't live there. However, I have been in this business for a while and was interested in moving to the area. Most of the time - this website is not accurate becuase the people who are being evicted are the ones who write bad reviews - and yes, I have evicted quite a few in my day and age. I have seen the good and the bad. What I must recommend to this person is that they check the spelling and grammer before posting such a review. No, I do not know the staff - but if you are going insult, why of course do it properly! Otherwise you run the risk of looking "white trash" yourself!

I concur. Integrity, your second sentence is a steaming pile of garbage, gramatically speaking. You appear to have a fetish for the hyphen, which is unfortunate becuase[sic] you have no idea how to use it correctly. And your post is littered with other mistakes, one of which happens to be the misspelling of the word grammar. How ironic...
