I had a bad experience living at Woodbridge during the year lived there. The management was quite unresponsive shortly after moving in, but oh so nice when you very first move in. Mgr quits at 3pm most days to get drunk, as well as maintenance. The maintenance crew was the most inept I've ever seen; had issues with our unit the entire time there.
Rules are not enforced, all summer- loud kids and drunks in the pool, well past 10pm, mgr did nothing, even though her apt was right across the pool. Loud partying neighbors always remained loud neighbors because complaints are not taken seriously there.
A woman and her husband having two separate units in the complex were convicted of selling cocaine, and many of their "clients" have units there. BAd bad place!
Also, as another gal reported here, I got my tires slashed while living here, even though they are supposed to have "security watch" every night.
My recommendation, do not move in!! Owner of these apts lives in California and does not give a rats ass other than earning rents, and law firm that represents them will try to completely f**k you over.
