We have lived in the Woodbridge Complex since 2003. We have seen the Management shift and overall it was for the better. I had issues with the old manager, but then have different issues with the current one. Complaints are not taken serious unless they effect the management directly. I agree that they do not comply with rules when it comes to not allowing too many people to occupy a small apartment, they look the other way, but when you are trying to get your college children a small unit they pick and pick and pick, then deny. Even if you offer to pay 3-6 months in advance!! They are quicker to rent to section 8 then other types of residents as well.
It is too bad that there isn't more loyalty when it comes to the Maintenance crew. Once 5pm comes, they could care less what happens in their complex. The grounds are kept nice, they have a service that takes care of that. As far as people allowing their dog to poop and not clean up, that is a continuous issue and Management does not care, they do nothing after multiple complaints.
They have currently sold this property and hid the news from the residents. We had a "yearly inspection" recently.. made me laugh, we have NEVER had one before!! Come to find out it was the NEW owners! I am concerned that our complex will become Condo's and we will all have to move out soon, we will probably won't be told until the last moment, just to be sure they get as much rent as possible. I too am dissapointed with the Complex Management, but affordability for now is what keeps me here.

You do an excellent job of tactfully laying out the pros and cons. I would probably vote for you as a politician, BUT "Woodbridge" is nearly uninhabitable and (in my opinion) not that economical! The cons far exceed the pros of living there and, sorry for you, the best thing that could happen to woodbridge would be a condo conversion - then tenants would care more about their investment!
