Oh my gosh...where do I start. I was looking for apartments in the Kirkland area and did not want to have to pay much more than $1200 for a two bed two bath Woodbridge seemed like a good deal. The staff was very kind and made me feel like this was the best choice. boy was I wrong. First off my neighbors are just plain creepy and look like crack heads. They came over complaining that out music was too loud when nothing was on at all. I think they just wanted to see what we were up to. I have been here just a little over a week. I can hear them yelling all the time and the people up stairs walk to hard. When you turn the showers on you hear a high pitched noise the whole time, from my unit or from the people up stairs. The parking lot sucks. The pot holes are killing the ball joints on my car and the speed bumps are HUGE. A reserved parking space doesn't come with your unit its first come first serve. I usually have to park 2-3 buildings down and walk to my apartment in the dark. I had maintenance the 2nd day I was here because my front door didn't have a striker plate and was shimmed out with washers so it would kind of stay closed. One kick would have knocked it in. They fixed that. But now my dishwasher just went out today in the middle of a cycle and they won't be out to fix it until sometime this week. My second bedroom window doesn't open and the bathroom outlets have no power to them. My back door light fixture falls off whenever you close the door. The worst part is that I seriously thing there is drug activity in the units around me. I have been sick ever since I moved in. Coughing, light headedness, nose bleeds...not a normal cold if you will. I told my doctor about it and he told me the only signs he is aware of of a meth lab or something along those lines is the smell of chemicals and burning plastic. I'm keeping an eye out for anything suspicious. Two mornings ago the cops were here because someones car got broken into. It is just plain terrible. I'm seriously thinking about breaking my lease. They only charge you one months rent when you break your lease...I guess I understand why now. It must happen a lot. Oh and another thing...this may be picky but the laundry rooms don't have change machines. That's just stupid. If you do choose to live here due to cheap rent lock your cars, and I would recommend getting a second lock on your door since they only have cheap deadbolt.

You may want to have you apartment checked for mold spores - when my wife lived in Woodbridge she was sick often and they traced it to some nasty mold in (every) unit. She had her car broken into as well when parked directly in front of the "K" building there. Good luck with breaking the lease.

I too am leaving at the end of my lease next month, primarily for all of the reasons above, plus more (I've been here 3 years). Also, be aware that a new management company is coming in next month so NO leases other than month to month will be available, AND they are going to "remodel" the apartments and raise the rent....a LOT!

Oh my god? Are you joking me. We moved out the day the notice was put on our door that their was a new management company. We left the place totally uncleaned and didn't return the keys. In all honesty I'm a morale person and would normally never do that but heck no. I got treated so poorly when I left. I am so glad we moved when we did. I work nights and construction noise would be less than desirable. I got a brand new remodeled top floor unit at Archstone in Bothell for 1197 ($97 more than I was paying at woodbridge) plus no move in cost no app fee AND one months free rent. All I can say is I am blessed I left when I did. And do they honestly think "remodeling" them will be a good idea. They still have mold and potholes like crazy. And goo dlord, please at least put a stackable washer and dryer in the closet with the water heater. They would SO fit. I'm sorry for anybody who still lives there. I think they should let you break your lease if they change management like that.

I lived in woodbridge apt for avbout 1 year. The employees were very rude and uneducated.... I can see by the way they talk and threaten the tenants. They were nice at the first time, but I was totally wrong. At first, they keep watching me with whom I went out and if I have my friend is coming in. Even they called me directly and ask if I lied to them and I let somebody else lives with me. That is just stupid!!! They do not have the right to know about my life plus I am living in this apt alone! I thought that the new management will be better. Once again, they are still a crab!! They are more powerful and thry to get rid off the tenants by giving us 20 days notice. At first they promise to give us notice till february 2009. I guess they just lie to all of us. They ask me to vacate apt in 20 days because the apt is being remodeled. Furthermore, they offer me a one bedroom apt that has been remodeled for $1160 with no W?D in this old apt which they say is brand new!. can you belive it? I am paying now $825, and they ask me to pay new price and apply as a new applicant! THEY ARE JUST PREDATORS AND GREEDY TO COLLECT EVERY PENNY TO COVER THE REMODELLING COST!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APT!!!

I have lived here for 4 years and the new staff is the worse!!! They shut down the pool for no reason on the hottest days of the year!!! Plus they are changing the name of the apartment building to hide all the bad reviews! The name is going to be The Emerson. Run away from this place, it may look good from the outside but the way you are treated is unethical from every stand point.

They are apartments...Get over it or buy a house. Staff is just doing their jobs just as you do yours where it is you may work. Get a life.
