When we first moved in we had so many problems it was ridiculous! We had ---- roaches, (you think someone would notice that) ants, several fixtures that had to be fixed, things missing and broken. Just an overall let down. After the hassle of getting all those things fixed we still had to deal with super thin walls and ceilings and loud neighbors.
The property recently was sold and they are going to be doing upgrades (along with upgrading the price) maybe people won't have to deal with so much crap when they move in though.

Yes.. the upgrades that none of the current residents will be able to enjoy if they do not qualify per Prometheus Standards ! We all have to move from our current units and there is no guarantee IF we wanted to move back to Woodbridge or "The Emerson" as they are going to call it... New owners have Management service that has lied to many people and continue to twist things around and change their minds. First they said NO MORE RENEWALS.. then it went to "we will only renew some units"...then after giving a notice of renewal- 3 days later give notice that unit must be vacated at end of month !! VERY disorganized Management - Seems that they were trained to decieve!
