New Management at this property is grade 0 ! They have lied to many tentants since the takeover from Surco properties and have continued to decieve many. They are being very biased as to which units they will renew leases on for this "new renovation" - Remember- no one is guaranteed to be able to move BACK or secure an updated apartment unless you qualify per Prometheus STANDARDS!!! Beware ! do not think you are safe ! I think they are picking and choosing renewals as to who they want OUT of the property - Buildings are OLD... built in 80's ! Lots of mold issues and if they do not replace the windows and some drywall the NEW tentants will have the same issues as we all do now. The cover up paint on the mold is horrid! Water leaks left unfixed- drywall damage just painted over !! The way they handled the whole takeover was wrong ! - Think 2-3 times before you move into this place. Hidden issues....

I agree with you 110%. The office staff is very sarcastic, rude, confrontational and unprofessional. At this point I would not stay here because of there treatment of the tenants even if they gave the apartments away for free and I have enjoyed living here since 2006. Do Not Move Here if you want a stress free environment.

Yes Woodbridge has mold in the walls around the windows and especially behind the walls of many of the shower enclosures. I would suggest any new people moving in, to check behind the toilets tanks and the bathroom fans. I got to see one of the "Newly Renovated" apartments and noticed that they didn't change the toilet in the unit I look at, and there was black mold on the toilet tank and a lot of dust in the heat lamp/fan in the bathroom. Also no ground fault interrupt plugs, right over the bathroom sink, and that's current electrical code, so they I'm sure know this. In the last few months (Dec 07 to July 08), there have been several cars broken into. The new managment team headed by new face Sheena Davison, will lie to your face, show you documents and then claim they made mistakes when informing you of time tables for renovations. I still find it strange that only some people are paying for water while many people are not. Spoke to a new couple that just moved in to a new unit in the last couple of days, and they were not aware that water was not included, as they were water sewage and garbage was free, while some old renters have been paying. I'll bet there will be a notice before long that says "WHOOPS!!! we're going condo, sorry our bad."
