It was an okay place to live until new managment took over a couple months ago. Things just got worse everyday here. Lets start out by saying the new staff here are a bunch of unprofessional, rude, unresponsive women. If you tell them that you have a problem with neighbors or need something fixed...good luck. Told them my toilet seat broke, so they put it in the schedule and they said they would have someone fix it asap, but a month into it and nothing yet. My neighbors here are the worst! The ones I live next to always leave stuff outside there front door like (baby strollers, bbq, and random kids crap!) Been close to tripping on the stuff....complained several times to managment and nothing has every been done about it...They just send out worthless letters. The other big thing that really sucks is the neighbor down stairs from me pounds on the ceiling and walls constantly and randomly. Asked managment about it and they told me that there is a special case kid that lives there and there was nothing they or myself could do about it. So I guess normal walking qualifies as being to loud for him....so he is allowed to pound on the walls at random hours of the day and night. They are renovating random apartments and the parking lot, but have been very unorganized with it. They are pretty much kicking everyone out of there apartments that are being renovated. Which could be good for some cause there is alot of "drug activity" and suspicious people around the complex alot. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, since the new managment. Oh yeah...they also jacked up prices about $400 for all there renovated floor plans. On site washer and dryer units are horrible...not clean at all. Been doing laundry at the girlfriends place.

I really have nothing good to say about this place. Was good at the time, since being the cheapest place in Kirkland, but not anymore with the rent increases.

I will say I am glad to be moving out and to a better place for the same money. Hope this review helps someone.

My roommate and I are looking to move out as well. What complex did you find that was better and for a reasonable amount?

I am so glad to see that I was not the only one with issues with the new management and the way things are being run @ Woodbridge / soon to be known as "The Emerson". I have already had the pleasure of moving OUT of Woodbridge and I am very happy at Evergreen Heights. Not only is it a step above Woodbridge, but the staff genuinely cares about the tentents. This whole remodel is such a joke, they left key components in without considering the consequences. The mold is so bad in those units, the windows are garbage, as is the bathtubs, they have chips in the porcelain and have been "touched up". How cheap is that ? Here they think they are doing this UPGRADE, when in fact it is a cover up of the lousy workmanship the building had from the 80's when it was built. They paint over the mold in hopes of hiding it! - Can't believe the amount they want to charge for rent with the remodels... they aren't competing with other complexes, they are just fooling the new tenants!

I agree with you. I thought I was the only one who encountered problems with the so-called management team. They're rude, condescending and argumentative. It seems that all they know is to send out letters and blame the complainants instead of warming the culprits. Sigh, we miss the former team. Too bad they had to leave but Paul stayed and he's anice guy.
