I have lived her for about a year. So far so good. I like it here is close to my job and grocery stores. Management are great and helpful. You do hear alot of kids playing but that is normal since you live in an apartment building. I am fine with that as long as they are playing around the playground area.

The main problem is, that the kids do NOT just play in the play areas. ??The older kids ride their bikes and skateboards between cars. I know I have had to have my rear panels and trunk area of my car, repainted four times since I have lived here, all because the kids can't be bothered with walking and not trying to do tricks/stunts while near cars. I have had kids lean bikes on my or a neighbors car, because they were too lazy to use the kickstand. Or worse, throw their bikes down and of course, dent cars and scratch paint.
I have started putting any bike I find touching my car in the dumpster, and someone seems to know it's their bike or someone else gets a free one... Next time it will be listed on Freecycle and given to the first person who answers the ad.
I will say that since I backed over a skateboard a few weeks ago, the skateboaders have gotten smarter about where they leave their toys.
Too bad the office does nothing about complaints of kids playing too close to parked cars.
