I have been here since the place was called Woodbridge Apartment Homes, the noise level this summer has not gotten better, and the kids still play in the parking lot. I have had my poor car scratched by bikes being leaned on my car, or dropped against my car, by kids that don't care, and when talking to them, you get told to go to hell, or worse. So I resorted to throwing bikes into the dumpster, when I find them laying on the ground behind my car or leaning on my car. I think in the last month and a half, this has gotten the message through a few thick heads.

There still have been more than a few car break ins, this past summer, and that may be due to the number of kids in the area, being out of school or having friends over late at night.

I reported a mold problem to the office and was told to just use bleach on the area around the windows and in the bathroom. I can tell that mold had been a problem before I rented, but if it's bleeding through the bathroom wall, I don't think my using bleach is going to help. But I will document what they tell me to do each time. And if it does not get better, I will call in the local health inspector to see what should be done, over and above when I have been told to do. I'm thinking it will be costing more than a bottle of bleach.

I did report that my deck wall is wobbly and it has yet to be scheduled for repair. And it will soon be the rainy season, so I can expect it won't be taken care of this year.

Please call the office with your concerns. We would be happy to take care of all your requests. We take moisture intrusion seriously. We are very proactive with it. Please speak with the manager. Actually I did talk to someone in the office last week, they filled out what I assume was a work order and I have yet to hear back. But not a problem, you will find it when I move out in a couple of months. I have given up on asking that things be "taken" care of. I never got any response on the kids playing around the cars in the parking lot, or leaning bikes on cars, so I really don't expect much from you on mold that was in the newly done apartments either.
