This started off being such a wonderful place to live, very quiet neighbors and nice staff. Then after a while the quiet people moved out and inconsiderate people moved in upstairs, the ceilings squeak and crack and pop and you can hear everything going on up there. The maintenance used to be very thorough and have lately slacked and have become quiet half assed. I especially like how when the lawn people come with leaf blowers they blow it all onto your patio thats always nice, or maybe the upstairs tenants instead of sweeping up their debris they sweep it down onto your patio as well. And dogs...I moved in under the impression that it was small dogs only and it recently has just disappeared as there are many large dogs now and FYI if you have a dog dont mention it, they dont check so you probably wont have to pay all the deposits and monthly rent...

I agree. All the nice people are moving out and noisy inconsiderate ones moving in. Also, the owners of all those big dogs never scoop up--even if their pet goes on the sidewalk. Disgusting.

This place used to be nice. Not anymore i will be moving too many partys going on below me and in the parking lots at all hours of the night but the partys in the parking lot only happens on weekends so i guess that could be worse dont waste your time calling the courtesy patrol they wont do anything plus they take almost an hour to show up there worthless. Please do NOT move here you would be happier living somewhere else plus my apartment always smells really bad i cant figure out what it is so hopefully after i move out they fix whatever it is thats causing it.

Ive called the cops and those worthless courtesy patrol too...you are right they take hours to get there and they don't even do anything when they do get here. And staff could care less about your complaints they brush it off and act like they'll do something but they dont.....
