There were a few issues when we first moved in, mainly parking- but a couple loud neighbors and people who didnt really care Park At Forbes Creek 61% Recommended May 11 2008: I really like this community. When I moved to Kirkland I was initially hesitant to live in such a huge complex because I was concerned about noise and cleanliness issues, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Though it is Totem Lake Apartments 62% Recommended May 10 2008: Totem lake apartment's new owner is disguisting. They don't have any standard for rent. For some people the rent is $750 to $850(w/o water sewer and garbase), for some people its more than 950 rent plus water sewer and garbase(For Monterey at Lake View Drive 79% Recommended May 08 2008: I have lived at monterey for a little over a year and a half. It is a great apartment community. I had a huge apartment in comparison to other 1 bedroom apts that I have seen with a beautiful view Evergreen Heights (formerly Kirkland Heights) 41% Recommended May 08 2008: I've seen a lot of comments that note poor insulation and the ability to hear your neighbors' activities. This is true, but as long as you don't have neighbors with heavy bass music or loud tv you should be fine. |
