These apartments are in the worst condition i have ever seen. About a month after we moved in ( in Feb)there was a water leak that leaked thru the floor and into the neighbors apartment that still to this day is not fixed. (because the managments is lazy--but thats besides the point here) This leak caused a mold problem which i repeatedly told not only the managers about but also the owners. There was mold on the walls, windowsills, all cupboards in the bathroom, doors... it was everywhere. This caused me to be getting sick alot. so i went to the doctor. the doctor stated that because the mold was so bad it was actually trying to grow in my throat...i once again contacted the owners and managers... and again.. nothing was done. Also when i cleaned upon moveout the place was spotless. when i cleaned under the stove there were toys and yearly calendars under there from 05, legos, chucky cheese coins... heres the thing i sure wasnt there in 05, and i dont have kids. none of that stuff was mine. So that may tell you how long it had been since one of them had cleaned under there. They also ripped me off on my deposit. 150 non refundable for carpet cleaning and 150 security deposit. On top of the 14 1/2 hours that i cleaned the apartment they stated that it needed another 3 hours at 30.00 an hour. and also charged me 30.00 for cleaning supplies. But also charged another 87.00 to clean the carpets. Wait i thought that was what the 150.00 non refundable was for. So i call tj guyer, and they cant do anything because you have to submit in writing within 15 days of moving, but they have 14 days to send you your deposit refund from moveout day..that gives u one day to dispute anything... uhh. that place sucks. never move in there.
