If you want to receive your deposit back, don't move here. The who purpose of the manager at time of moveout is to charge you as much as they can to prevent you from getting your money back. The charge $900 if you have a pet, they take $250 for pet fees, $100 for administrative fees. If you scrub to your fingers are raw they will still charge cleanup fee. Which is the responsibility of the complex. They charges us for touchup paint, etc..... Save yourself the hassel, there are better places..
