I've lived in enough apartments to know that I deserve to be treated fairly, courteously and with respect. Especially since how much RENT i paid each month and, ended up with a hassle on my refund.
See I loved the workers there, (*maintenance guys and the girl behind the desk*) but the manager has absolutely NO people skills. Sure she does her JOB, but whats more important. Being personable and social alongside a business that requires you to INTERACT with people' Or basically being rude, unfriendly and rigid towards tenants who always paid their rent on time, and never caused any problems'
I have warned people not to live there because of the manager. I was also promised new carpet- new linoleum. the list goes on...and NOTHING was completed by our move in date...that also was pushed back another 2 weeks.
Fair warning to all those looking for an apartment that feels like home and has a warm and welcome feeling from your 1st steps into the office to the viewing of your possible new home.
