My husband and I have lived at Brittany Lane Apartments for 3 years in a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit. This place has poor management issues. Whenever we try to get a hold of them (either in person or by phone) no one is there to help me. Every time we call for maintenance problems they either show up several weeks later just to take a look or never show up at all. No corrective actions were ever made. One time, maintenance was inspecting and replacing every apartment's windows before the warranty expired. They determined that our dining room window was faulty and the sealant was bad, therefore, it needed to be replaced. The old window was removed but the new window was left lying outside our front door all day long. We informed management and maintenance the issue right away but nothing was done. We had to install the window ourselves. Anyone could have just walked through the hole in the wall and taken some things.

After 3 years dealing with their abuse and lack of professionalism, we moved. Seventeen days later we get in the mail a bill stating that we owe $885.21 and our deposit will not be returned. We were charged a $110 cleaning fee even though we spent 3 days cleaning from top to bottom. A $668.43, at 50% off, for carpet replacement. That's just ridiculous for a one bedroom apartment! $58 for 4 drip pans and bedroom blind. How can they charge me drip pan replacements when I bought brand new drip pans the day I turned in the keys. They've never been used. The blinds were brand new too. Maintenance replaced them 2 months before we moved out. Even though the blinds were replaced we were also charged $48.78 for blind cleaning. Does it make sense to charge blind replacement and cleaningn when it wasn't even done'

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURNED!!!!!!!
