I've lived here for over 4 years. I even lived here prior to deploying to Iraq and moved back because I loved the location. I normaly go year to year on my lease and expect a raise in rent of maybe 3 to 4 percent. Well this year they want to raise my rent 9 percent. I guess that is how they thank a loyal tenant. My rent use to be 901 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath that includes a garage I rent. It has jumped to 991. I hate to move because packing is a pain but 9 percent is just not a fair deal.
