I don't reccomend this complex!!! The new staff is slow and rude! The manager is testy, but seemingly nice at first (blonde lady). Beverly is an awesome person, has lots of stories and doesn/t make you feel rushed. They have raised the rent on apartment AND garages due to new paint, some plants in front, and resurfacing the pool (which took three weeks). It's not worth the money!!! One bedroom will cost you close to $1000! Get a house!

I don't doubt your comments on the poor management. I lived at another Holland managed property and I couldn't wait to get out and they apparently couldn't wait to get rid of me. They gave me notice about the end of my lease 2 months ahead of schedule. It sounds nice, but it was worded v. threateningly and they called me several times to see if I wanted to move or what. How can I move out when no place will hold an apt for me for 2 months? Oh, I know I can pay for and move into my new place, while they clean up my old place and get a new tenant all while I have paid for that month. Jackpot for Holland Residential!! I also sent my letter informing of new address with signature confirmation. You bet that they called later and said you _never_ told us where you moved and yelled at me when I politely said "I have your signature on a card that says you got the letter." Most people would have said,"oh, sorry. it must have been misplaced/ the dog ate it/the other person must have lost it." Classy. Nope, she did not have it, so I must be lying/wrong (and I didn't want to mention that the post office was in on it too. lol). Because I my experiences I will never rent from this company again.
