I am moving into my new apartment at Capitol City on The Course Management was TERRIFIC!!!! They have helped me tremendously in getting in and getting me what I needed! The apartments are the best priced in the area for the size of the apartment. I am moving from apartments down the street that have no storage space in the apartment, the laundry is in a closet in the main bathroom and is only 1096 square feet, no fitness center and no swimming pool and is $956 for a 3 bedroom. The Capitol city on the Course has a very nice sized laundry room, plenty of storage space, a 24 hour fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool. Sarah, the manager, is young and enthusiastic. Bev the leasing agent has been there for many years and doesn't mind waiting after hours to help a tenant, she waited almost an hour after closing for me to do my application! They are so welcoming and pleasant! The complex is clean, quiet, and beautiful during the day and at night.
