I move here lat November. The water heater was installed inside the closet of 1 of the rooms. I didn't see it before I moved in. Dec 12, 2008 we received a package and UPS dropped it in the Manager's office. The Manager didn't notify us nor deliver the package to us even if we live just upstairs his unit. My sister in law called Christmas Day to greet us and asked us if we received the package. So in short we got the pckage only when we asked the Manager about it after Christmas Day. On Februaury 2008, my sister in law sent us another package. This time it was perishable. The Manager did not accept the package. It was just good that UPS left a message about ths so we were able to get the package. Wen we asked him about it, he said he stopped accepting packages because he had to pay for some lost packages. Just recently, the management decide to assign parking areas for residents. It was good so there will be no more problems among neighbors but we noticed that all units had either the first r the second spot for the asigned parking. Except for us, we got the third spot which is actually a free spot in the other buildings because the Manager took the first and secondspot for himself. This is the worst thing, today,June 11, 2008, at around 6:00 pm I noticed our heater at the living room and kitchen were running even if the regulator on the wall was turned off. I went to the Manager's unit but his wife said he's out but will be back in 2 hours. I waited but nobody came. At around 9:45, I saw his car was already parked in the parking lot so I went back to ask for his help. When he opened the door, he told me it's late, it's almost 10:00 o'clock just writ the problem and bring it to the office tomorrow. I told him it's not possible because the heater will not stop running and we will pay too much for the electricity plus it will be too hot in our unit so how could we slep and it could be dangerous too. He said, just turn off the breaker. I asked which one to turn off' My husband was not there I know nothing about this. That's exactly why I'm calling him to help me at least turn off the breaker because the breaker was not labelled. He said he doesn't know either and he couldn't do anything. So for anybody who is planning to move into this place better think twice or more because I really regret moving here. I'm really frustrated with the Manager.
