Big Mistake

The construction is HORRIABLE!!! You can hear a mouse fart in the apartment next to you.
The appliances work but are crappy.
Paint job sucks.
Outside walls were rotting on some of the apartments.
They were fixed but not painted and now starting to soak up water again.
Stupid.
The pool heater is broken.
You can hear the traffic from Martin way and Carpenter all day and night.
The management was good and bad.
Professionally they were ok.
Personally, don't get involved.
On the positive side; it is a clean place and neighbors were pretty much friendly or left you alone.
Nothing is perfect and I have lived in a lot of apartments, but these rank at the top of the worst.
But living here would be better than living with your parents.......barely.
