This complex is great for the price. Its a 70?s-80?s style 88 apartment complex with cedar shingles (which I heard that they are replacing because they are old and dull looking). There is a club house with back yard for barbecues. New barbecue pit is being installed now ( not more tiny store bought grills ). In the club house is a pool table, TV (w/ cable), breakfast bar w/ sink ( great for birthday parties ), table and chairs, soda and candy machines, and a small book/mag library. Downstairs is men & women's showers and saunas ( great place to work up a sweat without the work! ) Also in the club house is small (indoor) swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is not that great but maybe we will get a new one some day.

Parking is good. If you have two cars there is a visitor spot you can use. There is usually a security car that drives thru, also manager patrols the grounds. I feel very safe here. If you have a computer you will be happy to know we are close enough for high speed DSL modems and Cable modems. Both work well here. I prefer DSL because we are so close to the switching station we get fast upload speeds.

Management is great here. If something is broke or there is a noisy apartment. He deals with it. They don?t allow drug deals to go on. Local police are great to respond and really care about our safety and security.

The reason I?m giving this review is 1) I really like this place and 2) I want to see more good people move in. This complex is great and constantly improving; I want to keep it that way.

The only item that this person is correct about is the replacement of the shingles. All other items mentioned as "supplied" by the complex are incorrect. Everything is in the complex is old and falling apart or nonexistent.
