Back in 2004 this was the greatest place to live. As the years gone by it has went down hill. The office is never open, good luck getting ahold of them from 11 am - 430 pm cause noone is ever available for your assistance since sign states CLOSED ALWAYS!!!!!!!! The present management lets everyone know your personal business and allows the other employees to curse, call you names, flip you off, or talk bad about you to other residents and they get away with it. Nothing ever gets fixed properly they blame it on you and not there workmanship. You basically get stuck with the expense out your pocket. The walls are not very solid so you can hear everything your neighbors below or above are doing. Parking is a nightmare unless you have a carport but they are hard to come by since the staff that lives here rent 2 out a piece along with the Storage garage. Good luck getting a mail package since the office is CLOSED most of the time. Overall, I think the owners should take a big look at the Employees cause I noticed the apartments go down hill from the present employees poor management.

i've lived here for a couple years now and realize that its not always the management that has problems its the tenants. you have a problem with them because you do something wrong and they try there hardest to take care of it. i have never had a problem getting a hold of the maintenance and if you break something you should be responsible for paying for it. maybe you just had a bad experience because you are an unpleasant person

The tenants have problems because management doesn't do anything. They are lazy. They are supposed to help people.One word...GOSSIP
