This apartment complex is crazy. No side walk chalk for kids or 10 day vacate notice.No bike riding except for the street and sidewalk or 20 day vacate notice. No fireworks. How unamerican can they be' I make my living protecting freedom and my apartment complex stands for all i fight against. I dont know if its the property manager or the owner but it is crazy. Also no pets. I thought i was paying to live here not the other way around. Plus arnt they required by law to give at least a 30 eviction notice' Not 10. If you stand for freedom and the american way of life, Boycott this place report it even. Soldiers and their familys being treated like paying inmates. civilians being treated the same. when my lease is up i am gone. Staay away from here!

First off this is the American way of life. Take avantage of it loose your rights. Secondly, if their was not so many moronic idiots living in here not cleaning up the mess they made from sidewalk chalk, children on bikes going threw the breezeways running into first floor residents, having their pets take a dump and not clean it up, or shooting off fireworks that injure other residents then maybe things around this complex would be different. I think this boils down to parents need to get off their rearends and be parents. Instead they allow their children to run around thinking everyone at the office or anyone at the park is suppose to babysit for them. Step up to the plate be more responsible then maybe you wouldn't end up with a notice to vacate since those rules are in your lease agreement of the not to do around this complex. Welcome to the real world !

Wow....that response is very typical of this community, which yes the bicylces part is in the lease but I must have also missed the sidewalk chalk. I was in an accident less than 1/4 mile from there (on a Saturday) and had my car towed practically across the street til my insurance adjuster could come out on Monday. I told the office this, and on Sunday I got a must-be-moved-in-24 hours notice. Also the walls are extremely thin as are the floors. I can hear my downstairs neighbor's tv and my next door neighbor left a nasty gram on my door saying my alarm clock in my bedroom was disruptive! I can hear her phone ringing all the time but I guess I just need to suck it up since that's not in the lease. And don't get me started on how many "annual inspections" you can fit into a year...
