When I first moved into the Dakotas I thought they were pretty nice. Not anymore. The parking is horrible. The management is untrained and rude. There seems to be no insulation between units. The appliances are cheap and break easily. I don't have anything positive to say about this place. Stay away.

please do not tell lies... this place is horrible! i can hear my upstairs neighbor pee! there is no insulation and you will pay lots of money for your electric bills! this place is not safe -- there is no security, people hop the fence at night! and the appliances are CHEAP!!!! our light in our microwave went out and we were told....BUY A NEW ONE! this is an apartment, they need to buy it.

living in an apartment anywhere you will hear noice, I dought that the staff would tell you to buy a new microwave! hard to swallow that one.
