The grounds are well kept and they offer great ammenities, having said that I do not have many positive things to say about the management. It seems there is some dishonesty and maybe they say whatever to get people in then change what they tell you. I don't feel my interaction with the management is positive or very professional either. They want to portray a very positive image at first then when you move in things change beware it is not a very welcoming environment. The manager is not a nice person, she has no interest in helping the residents and has a condescending attitude like it's not her job to help or have information for you. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT !! The rent is also not very competitive. Parking is a total nightmare you willend up paying way too much$$ to not have a place to aprk if you have 2 cars, there are basically no "free" spots. DO NOT MOVE HERE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS THIS MANY PEOPLE CAN'T BE WRONG!

I think there may be a new manager now. The previous one was definitely a horror; very young and unprofessional. I was surprised to see such a gorgeous complex with higher end amenities in the care of such an unprofessional young woman. She failed to follow up on any complaints and appeared to be on a power high. There are other wonderful people that work here, however. Most of the staff really seem to carry about the complex and its tenants. The clubhouse is gorgeous and available for parties. The apartments are very spacious and have large windows. The custom tubs are a very nice touch and super easy to clean. The gym is even 24 hours!

The new management isn't much better. You can only book the party room during office hours, this is not convenient. The apartments are NOT spacious, unless you purchase the top of the line lease. I barely have room for a couch and a TV stand in my living room! And there has not been an improvement on house calls...wouldn't a broken toilet be a priority???

I completely agree. Beware when you move out as well. They are trying to charge me all kinds of charges. I left the apartment in perfect condition and was expecting to get some money back. They automatically charge $300 just to paint. They only count $200 of the deposit towards this. Not to mention all the other bogus fees. They are trying to take advantage and should be stopped. Tell everyone you know about this business being dishonest.

the management is HORRIBLE!!!!! it is worse than the very young girls before. the entire new staff... should be fired. they treat everyone as if they are 8 years old. all these ladies want to do is LIE and get people into the apartments. do not fall for any of the perks...the perks will bite you in the behind later on...it is all a huge scam! and then the Dakotas will make your life a horor movie... if you move into these apartments you will be very, very sorry you did. do not live here!
