Let me count the ways....

Parking, you get 1 spot...that is if someone hasn't parked in it.

Have a problem after 6pm...you are on your own, no after hours contact number.

Have a problem before 6pm...you are better off talking to the answering machine!!!

Hallway lights outside of our door were out for a week, we had to start carrying flashlights in order to see to get into our door.

I can hear every word said in the upstairs apartment.

I was here less than a week before a pipe burst in the bathroom.

The maintenance man is the only redeeming thing about the place.

Do yourself a favor, spend the extra time looking around; your money can definitely be put to better use.

New construction, looks great from the outside. However, for space and ammenities, VERY overpriced! You get ONE parking spot- whether or not you have a one or multiple bedroom unit. There are about 6 guest parking spots for the entire complex! So, if you have a roommate you will have to negotiate parking. There are NO noise barriers between the community and the busy road, 7-11, and Safeway parking lot. It sounds like you're living in the city. Management staff are green and unresponsive. I get the answering machine in the middle of the day- rarely a person. Call backs are minimal. Larger 2 bedroom layouts are great; however, not worth the $ and the inconveniences. There really isn't security with this gated community- it is VERY easy to gain access when somebody else goes in ahead of you; the gates stay open awhile.

Well even if you pay the $60.00 for the garage, there is no guarantee you can use it. Because the shortage of parking spaces force people to park to close to the garages.
