I stayed in this apartment for six months. Apartment was way too expensive
, Management was terrible and wanted to cheat your money away always.
We had a break-in of our car and management didn't care anything about it.They tried to increase the rent by $130 (on month-to month lease), so we left. They send us a bill of $350 even after when we left the apartment in execllent condition and refused to give our security depoist.
Apartment Manager ---- ----- is a Jerk and rude. Keep away from her.
Beware of fine print is lease (page 5 typically) which says when you leave you have to pay cleaning cost of around $500.
So definately NO!!!

the exact same thing happened to us! this place is horrible --- it is not fair that they prey on families and on couples. all the staff wants to do is make your life miserable. nothing ever gets fixed, beware of mold!!!!!
when you ask for copies of things, they will NOT give it them to you, and then you are stuck with a huge bill at the end. I bet they are pocketing the extra money.
don't even look at these apartments -- the deals are not worth any amount of money.

Obvioulsy. I am another resident just like yourself. I do not agree with everything, the move-out charges I've heard are pretty bad. I do feel that the people in the office are quite pleasent. I use to work for an apartment complex and we have to realize anyone under corporate has to go by their policies. I've been here for almost a year and seen a change for the better with the new management.

Obviously the someone in the mgmt office wrote the last response, they are VERY dishonest!!! TO MANAGEMENT IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT PEOPLE SAY QUIT BEING PATHETIC!!

I think only one of the people who work in the office is good at her job and she tries to help people. The other new girl and manager....OMG!!!! The manager is definately a jerk and I hope she gets fired one of these days. The other new girl has alot to learn and I hope she doesnt learn it from her boss.
