I have lived in many apartments in my time and I am not a person that post reviews, but I purposely sought after a place where I could warn people. I needed a place for 6 months until my current house was being built and I have never been so unhappy with the management and the over all maintence of a rental in my life. They do the worst job of addressing issues and problems of the tenants while posting the highest move out and cleaning fees. One incident highlights my experience for me the most: I travel quite a bit, so when I came home one night late after driving back from Seatac my gate card did not work. I was stuck outside of the gate for an hour trying to get in. Finally someone left the complex and I drove in the opposite gate. I told the manager the next day and she replied that they were having problems with the gate cards and since they did not know which ones were affected they did not notify anyone. They felt people would just call or come by to get their cards re programmed after they found out it was not working. I was livid! If this was the only story like this I had I would not even bother with this post.

This does not surprise me. I've been dealing with this community for over a year. I coordinate housing for 15 co-workers who are traveling for a project in town. This community has the worst planning, management, unprofessional staff, and total resident disconnect. There's no way the owners/management of this community has ever mentally envisioned what the tennant experience is like. There are security issues with access to the gym after dark, parking (you're told to park across the street at a shopping center if you have more than one car), and their security gate is a joke- it's left wide open all day long, and long delays before closing after a car enters.
