My husband was stationed at ft lewis and we took very good care of our apartment they charged us over 1,500 when we moved out for rediculous reasons! Our gas bill was expensive because of a leak in the door they would not fix even though we complained about it often... Don't move here!!!

A GREAT BIG THANKS TO THE DAKOTAS MANAGEMENT FOR TAKING CARE OF THE TENANTS PROBLEMS WHEN NEEDED. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMM ABOUT ANYBODY MUCH LESS ENSURE THAT THE TENANTS ARE SAFE WITHIN THEIR HOMES. A GAS LEAK? IT COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE FAMILIES HEALTH OR EVEN A BLOW UP/EXPLOSION WHICH COULD RESULT IN DEATH. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER CALL THE DAKOTA APARTMENTS YOUR HOME. IT IS HELL HERE!

There is NO gas in these apartment homes! Call Puget Sound Energy 888-225-5773 and ask, the only gas is in the club house and pool area's! They odviously don't know what they are talking about.
