I lived here with my wife for about 1 year. We were the 1st ones to move into our apartment. We are Retired Adults and kept our place spotless. When we moved out they charged us 600 dollars for rediculous things like light bulbs, dust on the couters, dirt in the window sill, etc. Our place was spotless when we moved. We tried to contact the headquarters in Bellvue and they never returned our phone calls. The Manager at Dakota Apartments was very snobby. We tried many times to talk to her about the different problems everyone at this place was having there. We were assigned parking spots but everytime we went to park in our spot someone else was in it that was visiting their friends. We saw people actually climbing over the closed gate and reported it and they said what can we do. ( they had cameras on the gate but said they could not do anything). We called the number they gave us for this type of situation and all we got was a recording and no one ever came. Way to many problems to keep listing. STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN RUNNING A BUSINESS and will cheat you anytime they can.
