Not family friendly. Extremely high rent. No parking. Very Noisy. Hardly any grass area. And bugs!!!

Good Luck we rented from the bums for 1 year and had nothing but trouble. They lied about everything. Was going to fix the parking, (NOT). Was suppose to be a gated community but they said they had to leave the gate open most of the time because the gate was wearing out. NEVER fixed anything. We had to leave early and the Snob Manager advised us she would try and rent our apartment so we did not have to pay the 3000 on the rest of our lease. She lied according to another worker and did not even try. We called the main office in Bellvue and they did not even have the courtesy to call us back. We called them 4 times and left messages. We are adults and our place was spotless. They kept our 200 deposit and added another 200 to it for things like light bulbs (they are suppose to replace) dirt inside of a ceiling light? Dirt inside the window jams? When we moved in we had to clean the place it was not clean. We left it Cleaner then when we moved in. Good Luck you will need it.
