I live here in 1999-2000. I had two dogs and they were welcomed. I enjoyed living here, my neighbor looked out for me. My husband was stationed abroad and so I was left alone. The management when I moved in was great. When the new manager came down from Tacoma she brought with her her nasty maintence man. I caught him looking in my apartment windows on many occ.! So did my neighbors. I would not recommend living near the play yard as the children are not supervised and often teased my dogs. I worked at night and was force to get up in the day to run them off from my back door. I would reccommend this apartment. I however, do not know the new management.
