the only reason to live here is having large dogs.

there are always non-running vehicles (smashed-up, flat tires, moldly/mossy) taking up space in the parking lot.
residents don't pick up after their dogs.
you can hear everything neighbors do in their apartments. though mine are quiet, it doesn't feel very private.
the management is not friendly, and they have trouble keeping records of payments/lease agreements, etc.
the maintenance is *horrible*.
apartments that are supposed to have new carpeting smell like cat urine (as though they added new carpet but did not change pad or clean floors before installing new carpet).
black mold grows everywhere!
the dumpsters are always full, with trash on the ground around the dumpsters--very disgusting.
the office/cabana always has broken equipment and closes early as opposed to being open 24/7.
i don't like living here, but it's not the worst place i've ever seen. just be aware that there are problems.
good things:
pets are allowed (maximum of 2)
landscaping is always tidy (though boring!)
grassy areas nearby if you have dogs (not fenced though).
