I am very happy with the apartments here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have very few complaints. I know that the maintenance man sucked big time but this last summer they hired another guy. He has been fantastic in getting old work orders finished and making the place look great!
The managers just redid the hot tub this summer and reroofed four of the buildings. They also just got a new playground! The office staff is wonderful, the manager is a little much to take, but is fine.
I am looking forward to living here for many more years! Thanks Emerald Pointe!
