I only moved here because I have 2 pitbulls and these apartments are the ONLY apartments in the area that will accept their breed. These apartments don't have a weight limit for dogs either so they are VERY pet friendly :) but you have to be careful when walking in the grass because some people don't pick up after their pets. There is also a park right down the street where my dogs love to go run and play so that's a plus. Another good thing is they only make you pay one pet deposit (even if you have more than one pet).
I don't really like the management. It seems like they tell you one thing and then do another...like when you need something fixed they don't get it done for a couple of weeks. It doesn't seem that the management really cares about their tenants. For example, it snowed pretty hard last winter and the car ports collapsed on top of the cars because they were NOT built well. The apartments would not take the reasponsability to fix the cars that were damaged. They simply said "you should have got renters insurance" but right now they are in the process of building new car ports that will (hopefully) not collapse when snow gets on top of them.
Like other people that wrote on here, I was not too satisfied when I moved into my apartment. The walls were dirty, there was some sort of sticky substance on all the doors and closet doors, there was underwear and socks near the washer and dryer..the list just goes on and on. The walls are pretty thin too..I can hear everything going on in the apartment below me.
****I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE A LARGE BREED DOG OR A "BULLY" BREED. THERE ARE NO DOG BREED RESTRICTIONS!!****
