This place is awful! The walls are so thin and the management us terrible! The maintenence man is nice, but recently his son moved in above us and is a total -------! He actually called the cops because my tv was "TOO LOUD", he must not have realized that the walls are thin I can hear his cell phone vibrate in the morning. If the management likes you, you will be fine, but they seemed to target us, since the ------- moved upstairs. They are very strict and your dogs must be on a leash or they with put a letter on your door saying if you do not comply you will be kicked out in 10 days. Also, there was mold underneath our bathroom vinal and the toilet was leaking, our bathroom stunk very badly for months, and still has not been fully fixed. And we had no molding on the bottom of our walls, which makes the apartment look better, and when we went to ask if they were going to put it in soon, and we were told "it's just molding! its not that important". Hands down this place is awful, dont ever move here if you have a choice. Also, you have to pay for parking now! Hope you have an extra 20 a month to spare so you can park in front of your apartment.

As for the mold...welcome to WA. Even brand new houses have issues with mold. As for the dogs kept on leashes, that is a city law. I lived in these apartments for a year and never heard my neighbors because the walls were "thin". Sounds like you guys should get a house if you can't be civil enough to live in an apartment complex. PS. Covered parking was never free.
