if you want to live here,you will go through a lot of hell.it is VERY noisy,alterd cars,drive by eggs thrown at youre car,maintinance guys look like ah-ah-no,very noisy neighbors that have no respect for others, poor management that dont care, to get peace and quiet you?ll need to call the cops,car break-ins,the appartments are to small for 565.00,the walls are paper thin, sleep does not come easy over here,we lived here for three weeks and broke our lease and moved back to los angeles, it really sucks to live in that horrible apartment in lacey, we will never will return again... We are very quiet couple, who now lives in a happy life in L.A. we had a very FAT at least 400lbs nieghbor and we thought he was going to fall through our ceiling, also we can hear them having sex with a lot of some kind of moaning noises.they scared our two cats and us. we looked at each other and said LETS MOVE.and we did just that. we feel alot safer away from that dump. its up to you if you want to tolorate that place. not to mention they have rats and termites and filthy hallways. yuck.

and a blinding light at night in youre bedroom. the fat neighbor "he swat those large swarm of flies" THE AMITIVILLE HORROR... When it snows they do not bother to clear the snow from the sidewalks or the road, when you look out side you see a big parking lot full of cars.the ground maintanance is bad, berries all over the side walks. i use the cabanas bathroom a lot. the noise from our fat neighbor is unbearable lots of thud noises and anoying creaking floors above us.
