We have to say that our fat neighbor above us is really fat. the floors are weak and creaky in this apartment,someday he may cave in if he eats more. we are scared that he might fall through unexpectally,this is nuts, DONT LIVE HERE,,,PLEASE, HE LOOKS LIKE HE ATE A TIRE.we are sick and tired of hearing him take a leak through the thin ceiling, the ceiling sinks in as he walks around, and toilets flushing all the time.you can hear them have sex and a god awfull moaning noises. we also sick of the managers b.s. so i went to their bathroom and made a big mess.i do it alot.ha.ha. here is all of the defalts..... noisey plumming.you feel like youre living WITH youre neighbors. verry small and cramped.a light by youre bedroom window.VERRY NOISEY NEIGHBORS.cops called all the time to noise complaints.managers dont give a ----.to many cars to look at though youre window. poor grounds maintanance.filthy hallways.we hate it here. we cannot wait to move OUT.we have wichcraft baskacavi neighbor. kid run around in the hallways unsupervised.eggs thrown at your cars, mgrs tell you what to do and dont, what to put on your balcony. we had several maitenence reports, they did cheap jobs. REALLY LOUD FIRE DRILLS EVERY 3 months they do this alot and it scares the hell out of our cats. we left a note on out door because the fire inspection has to enter all apts to check the sprinklers system and they took our note off our door about our 2 cats.We wanted a 2 bedroom and they said

no, MGRS HERE SUCK!!!!!!!!In the summertime here it is unbearably noisy. We tried to return the tanning key and they told us to keep it and that if We lose it we owe them 50.00. You have to opay extra for carport and shed. THOSE MGRS WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!!! WE ARE MOVING OUT!!!!!! and never comming back to this ghetto. absolutly no privacey at ALL,none, our fat neighbor looks up at us all the time, i tell him what the f*** are you looking at fatty' we had enough of his -------- as well this place. we are seeking quiet and peace in another state.
