I lived here from 10/2002 to 2/2003 while waiting for my family to join me in Olympia. I found it comparable to other apartments at the same price (I rented a furnished apt). It was clean, not noisy in my building, no problems with any kind of vandalism and the staff was helpful and courteous to me.
