Management lies, Sharon tells you one thing to get application money, Suzie says another and tells you "oh well". Took another apartment which costs more and is farther away to get away from them.

Some applicants will not qualify to rent at Lacey Park due to screening criteria. If an applicant does not give you all the facts up front an application may be denied based on failure to meet the criteria.
