Honest review here- lived here two years.
rent 780 (apt, garage, car port)
pro's-
cable paid for, water sewer garbage paid for, grounds always look nice, never had a problem with management, military friendly, apt clean when we moved in, wash/dry full size, garage's seem brand new. For cheap rent haven't seen many problems associated with lower rent areas (drugs, crime, fights, "trashy people")
con's-
SMALL, phone jack in bad place for computer, all electrical outlets suck (all things fall out of em), crappy storage in unit, loud neighbors, car ports cost $$, apartments need remodeling. appliances mediocre at best. carpet and walls well worn. Parking absolutely sucks ass!!!!! Oh yeah they are SMALL
