There is absolutly no privacy. When I need something fixed, they gave me a tool and told me to fix it myself. Extremly rude. No respect. Outragiously over priced. Everyone is treted very poorly. And you can't count on them for anything. I got to the point where I was affraid of talking to them. Please do not put yourself through the nightmare of living here!!!!

Wow. In the nearly 11 months I've lived here, maintenance people have fixed 3 things for me, in a very timely manner. Staff has always been courteous--even at 12:00 am on an emergency call! As for price, I have seen apartments not nearly as nice as these, for close to double the rent. No, they're not new, but they're well cared for.

Well, it is too bad that for as much as you pay, you already have had to have 3 things fixed. My point exactly.

suzy gave you a tool for a easy job,or do want to wait for someone to fix it for you.lacy park is a better place to live for what we have seen. all apartment need some maintenance every now and then.its expected.
