these apts are very small and out of date,with cheap rugs drapes and apliances.overworked maint.and grnds.low salaries to them as well. hard working.employees treated with little respect,by management always losing the good employees.,fleas,silverfish are some of the problems as well.

I agree with this review. How a company treats their employees is a good indicator on how they will treat their residents. Lacey Park is not an apartment community I would recommend based on this. The management at this property is HORRIBLE!!! They mislead you into believing that this is a great place to live then you are stuck with a 12 month lease!!! It would be a nice place to live if there was different management!! If you have problems with the manager forget about going to her, she will not take care of anything!! You need to contact Janez Properies Inc. They are the real management company. They are located in California. Call them, maybe you will see some real changes around there!!

we disagree.the personell would quit if they were not treated with respect.the fleas came off the tenents dog,or the tenent,the carpets DO get steamed cleaned or replaced.suzy is a nice manager.we could have a worse manager tha suzy. have a nice day?
